Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 30 days of your purchase of the content, that My Life My Dream apply a refund to your account.
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with your content, My Life My Dream offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases.
We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors.
No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit. My Life My Dream also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access
When you enroll in a course or other content, you get a license from us to view it via the My Life My Dream Services and no other use. Don’t try to transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you a lifetime access license.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Life My Dream and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by My Life My Dream.
My Life My Dream has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that My Life My Dream shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
